Promotion Restrictions

Doba encourages our affiliates to promote our free trials and paid packages in as many places and as often as possible. We also want to ensure that your marketing activities and our marketing activities compliment each other and that we protect our customers and our brand. We have compiled a list of restrictions and guidelines to promoting Doba. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Pay-per-click search engines

Doba currently engages in a large PPC campaign. We allow our affiliates to bid on any keywords we are, but we ask that you not outbid us. You are allowed to bid on anything, but please bid with us, never pricing your bid above ours. This way we both are able to take advantage of this great traffic resource and bids remain at affordable levels for all.

Additionally, we are actively protecting our trademark key terms "Doba" and "Doba.com". Affiliates, competitors and other entities are completely disallowed from bidding on these specific terms on any PPC engine.

Incentive sites

We ask that all incentive sites - sites that offer cash, free iPods or gifts to customers if they register for a certain number of offers - are not allowed to promote Doba's free trial offer.

Contextual ad networks

Any Contextual Ad Networks will need to work directly with our marketing department and will not be part of our internal affiliate program. If you would like to work with Doba in this capacity please contact affiliates@doba.com.

CANSpam

All affiliates must abide by the CANSpam Act. Anyone who is not in compliance will be removed from our affiliate program.
