If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, Please fill out an RMA request to have your order returned. The supplier may cancel an RMA request if enough notes are not provided. They need details of the damage or defectiveness of the products being returned. Please provide as much detail as possible for returns. A 20% restocking fee and return freight charge will be applied for refused orders and orders returned without an RMA number.
Due to the custom nature of our Fuf and Bean Bag products, effective June 1, 2007, Comfort Research will begin charging 15% on any orders that are cancelled by our customers. This is in effect for all items. If the order is past the maximum ship time of 3 weeks, the 15% cost will not go into affect. The cost will be based on the total price of the invoice including shipping and any drop ship fees.
