Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, Please fill out an RMA request to have your order returned. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns. Shipping must be prepaid to the supplier. Supplier will issue call tags on some situations, per their discretion. The supplier may cancel an RMA request if enough notes are not provided. They need details of the damage or defectiveness of the products being returned. Please provide as much detail as possible in your RMA request.
Damaged orders- Claims for lost shipment, or damage/pilferage must be reported to Doba within 10 days of delivery/expected delivery date. Original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials should be saved. Carriers may require on-site inspection before the product can be returned. SHIPMENT MUST BE THOROUGHLY INSPECTED UPON ARRIVAL PRIOR TO SIGNING ANY DOCUMENTS FROM THE CARRIER. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL INHIBIT YOU IN FILING A CLAIM FOR DAMAGES. Please examine all contents immediately upon receipt of shipment and note any damages on the delivery receipt. Also, when signing the delivery receipt, sign for it “subject to further inspection” to cover any additional damages that may be found after signing for shipment.
All of our shipments are FOB (Freight on Board). This term means that the shipment is your responsibility once the freight company picks it up and that you are responsible for making any freight claims should the merchandise be damaged in shipment. You should not refuse the equipment upon delivery, as it will just sit in the freight carrier’s terminal collecting storage charges. You may take delivery noting any damages, should any appear, and then place a freight claim with the freight company. Please inspect your shipment promptly and report any damage to the freight company immediately.
As a reminder, you are responsible for getting the product off of the delivery truck unless you specifically requested special equipment when you placed your order. The freight company is only responsible for getting the equipment to the address that they were provided. If you need special equipment for delivery please contact the freight company. Please remember that any special equipment or instructions that you give to the freight company may have an additional charge that you will be required to pay the freight company for.
Prior to placing your machines on site (if applicable), you should allow time to thoroughly read the manual provided and familiarize yourself with the proper functions and operation of your product.
