Jeremy Hanks

Jeremy Hanks is an entrepreneur and leader with a successful track record in bringing ideas to market. As a co-founder of Doba, he has been instrumental in shaping the company's direction. Today, as Chairman, Jeremy oversees the company's strategic vision. Jeremy is the CEO for his latest startup, DropShip.com, which is focused on connecting retailers and suppliers in ecommerce. Prior to co-founding Doba, Jeremy spearheaded the development of numerous businesses in the supply chain, wholesale distribution, and retail industries. He founded GearTrade.com, an online marketplace for used and distressed inventory, where he was the company's President and CEO. He led the company through a merger with e3vertical, where he was CEO and focused on providing e-commerce and supply chain management solutions for small and midsized businesses. Through his current and previous business ventures, Jeremy has become a supply chain, product sourcing, and e-commerce expert. Jeremy is the coauthor of eBay Inventory the Smart Way and of Drop Shipping for Dummies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University.

Blaine Nielsen

Blaine Nielsen

Blaine Nielsen served as CEO for Doba for four years and was instrumental in building the company's operational capabilities. He currently services as President of DropShip.com and remains active in the ecommerce space. Blaine has a wide range of financial management, strategic and operational experience. Blaine worked at Dell where he was responsible for conducting financial/operational audits of various business segments and departments, and providing operational and business controls recommendations. Prior to Dell, Blaine served as a senior auditor with Ernst & Young where he supervised and performed financial audits of SEC and privately held companies. Blaine holds a Masters of Accountancy in Professional Accounting degree and a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Brandon Williams

Brandon Williams

Brandon Williams co-founded Doba and helped develop the concept and vision for Doba. Along with his co-founders, he further developed and refined the business plan and product offerings while successfully managing the growth of the business. Brandon has been instrumental in forming partnerships and strategic alliances that have guided Doba to its position of leadership. Prior to Doba, Brandon was vice president of business development at GearTrade.com, where he built key relationships that enabled the company to become a successful online marketplace. He previously worked as an advertising and marketing sales consultant for Harte-Hanks Communications where he received numerous leadership-in-sales awards for his pioneering skills and expansive work. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Utah Valley State College.

Kent Thomas

Kent Thomas

Kent Thomas is the CEO and founder of CFO Solutions, L.C. a consulting firm dedicated to providing the finance and accounting needs for over 80 active clients on an outsourced / part-time basis. With CFO Solutions' assistance, their clients have raised nearly $500 Million in equity, debt and lease financing. Kent is currently the Acting CFO of three client companies. He started his career with Ernst & Whinney in 1979 and has a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Utah and is a licensed CPA in Utah. Kent is a member of the v|Spring v|100 and serves in many voluntary roles in an effort to give back to the business community. He is also a founding member of the Olympus Angel Investors and is active in the Utah entrepreneurial community where he advises companies, associations, and educational institutions and is a frequent speaker on finance, accounting and entrepreneurship.

Matthew Cook

Matthew Cook

S. Matthew Cook, J.D., graduated with honors from Brigham Young University School of Law and while there served as the managing editor of the BYU Law Review. After graduation, Matt clerked for the Honorable Edith H. Jones, Circuit Judge for the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He then spent seven years practicing corporate law for Vinson & Elkins, LLP, the world's preeminent energy law firm. His practice centered on representing Fortune 500 companies in international and domestic business transactions including, mergers and acquisitions, information technology-related transactions, syndicated banking and structured finance transactions, entity selection and formation issues, partnership/shareholder issues, and other business transactions. Matt continues to advise business clients in all aspects of legal and business matters. Matt is also a partner in entrepreneurial ventures including auto dealerships and a private equity fund. Matt's skills include structuring complex business transactions, international mergers & acquisitions, financial transactions, and business operational issues.
