Doba Ranked #324 On The 2008 Inc. 500 List Of America's Fastest-Growing Private Companies

Company also ranked #16 on Inc.'s list of the Top 100 Software Companies

28 August 2008

OREM, Utah - Doba (www.doba.com), the award-winning software
company that builds and maintains Web-based inventory-on-demand solutions for e-
commerce retailers and manufacturers and wholesale suppliers, today announced that it
has been recognized by Inc. magazine as the 324th fastest-growing private company in
the United States. The 2008 Inc. 500, as revealed in the September issue of Inc.
magazine, shows Doba experienced an astonishing 884.9% rate of growth (sales) over
the last three years.

This year marks the second year in a row Doba is ranked on the Inc. 500. In 2007, the
Orem, Utah-based company debuted at #23 on the prestigious list, which was almost
immediately followed by an impressive rank of #1 on the MountainWest Capital
Network's list of the fastest-growing companies in Utah.

"Doba is honored to again be ranked by Inc. magazine," said Doba co-founder and
Chairman Jeremy Hanks. "Our continued rapid growth is just one indication of the
important role Doba plays in supply chain management for small and medium-size
online retailers. While we feel our best years are still to come, this year's recognition
solidifies our standing as the best at what we do."

The Inc 500 list is the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the
U.S. economy - America's independent-minded entrepreneurs. Companies such as
Zappos, Intuit, GoDaddy, Under Armour, Jamba Juice, Oracle and hundreds of other
powerhouses gained early exposure as members of the Inc. 500.

"If you want to find out which companies are going to change the world, look at the Inc.
500," said Inc. Editor Jane Berentson. "These are the most innovative, dynamic, fast-
growing companies in the nation - the ones coming up with solutions to some of our
knottiest problems, creating systems that let us conduct business faster and easier, and
manufacturing products we soon discover we can't live without."

Selection Methodology

The 2008 Inc. 500 list measures revenue growth from 2004 through 2007. To qualify,
companies must be U.S.-based and privately held, independent - not subsidiaries or
divisions of other companies - as of December 31, 2007, and have had at least
$200,000 in revenue in 2004, and $2 million in 2007.
