New & Improved Wholesale Marketer is Coming!

Over the last couple of years, we've made an effort to take feedback from you, our valued members, and use that information to improve the site.

This last year we've started seeing more and more successful members creating record breaking sales month after month. These high volume members graciously gave us some of their time to work with us and help improve our site.

After months of detailed planning, development, and testing, we are now ready to implement some very exciting changes.

Wholesale Marketer is proud to announce these improvements to the site.
  • Shipping Changes

    A big thank you needs to go out to our operations manager. His department has been able to negotiate lower drop fees from all of our suppliers. You'll see this change occur on April 15 as all 13 warehouses move to a flat $3.50 drop fee per order.

    This is a significant drop for some of the warehouses, and we hope to see you take advantage of the price drop to increase your profits, expand, and grow your business to new heights!

    Another change to shipping concerns the freight charges. Previously, freight charges were based on a flat 8% of the total order value. While this worked well with many orders, many of the high-priced, light weight items (such as what can be found in several of the electronics categories) had severely overpriced freight charges, resulting in an overall cost that put them out of reach for most sellers.

    By recording historical data on each item shipped, the new shipping calculator "learns" from each order and adjusts freight charges to more accurately represent the actual cost of shipping.

    There has already been significant changes on several hot-selling items, some items seeing a drop in shipping charges of $50 or more!

  • New Advanced Search

    We are very excited to announce that we have revamped Wholesale Marketer's product search.

    The old product search has long been a bit of a thorn in our side. One of the top member complaints about our site has been the difficulty involved with finding products, and the blame has largely been placed on our weak search feature.

    The new advanced search removes all of the limitations and negative aspects of the old search, while vastly improving its overall capabilities.

    The new Advanced Search allows you to search for all words, exact phrases, exclude certain words, search by brand, profit margin, price, quantity on hand, and more.

    Of course, you'll also still be able to search by SKU or product ID number.

    Furthermore, you can now organize your search results by brand, price, title, or profit margin in either ascending or descending order.

  • New Seller Tools
    		•

    Very soon you'll start noticing some new Seller Tools becoming available that will significantly streamline the order process and allow you to more easily manage your account.

    A new "watch" tool will allow you to add items to a "watch list" where you can then easily order them in the future with the single click of a button.

    Also available will be historical data on previous orders that you've placed, where again you will be able to reorder these items with a single click.

    A summary page will allow you to check at a glance the status of your account, view open orders, shopping cart items, order history, watch list, and more.
