Doba Awarded 2008 IQ Award
Utah software company starts off 2008 as it did 2007-with another award!

Orem, UT - February 14, 2008 - Doba, a leading software company specializing in web-based product sourcing solutions for small to medium size retailers, announced today that it has been awarded a prestigious IQ Award for being, what award-presenters called, "the ultimate middleman." The IQ Awards is an annual innovation recognition program, which aims to highlight the most innovative products, processes and procedures coming out of Utah's bright minds.
Utah Business (www.utahbusiness.com) and Wasatch Digital iQ (www.wasatchdigitaliq.com) announced the winners of this year's IQ Awards at a luncheon sponsored by the law firm Kirton & McConkie late last month. Doba, one of three finalists in the software category, was recognized for its groundbreaking Supply Chain Marketplace solutions, which connects retailers with the inventories of more than 200 manufacturers and wholesale suppliers.
"These exceptional companies, Doba included, are pioneering a space in their industries--or creating a whole new one," says Martin Lewis, publisher of Utah Business and Digital iQ. The 2008 IQ Award is just the most recent recognition Doba has received. Last year the company was ranked first on the Utah 100 list of fastest-growing companies in the state, 23rd on the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing privately held companies in America, and 6th on Deloitte's 2007 Technology Fast 500.
