Siskiyou will accept returns for manufacturer defects within 90 days of purchase (some exceptions may apply). Returns will not be processed by our receiving department without an RMA number.
Siskiyou will not accept returns based on buyer’s remorse. We cannot take back product because it did not resell as you expected. We accept returns for manufacturer defect only.
Note to Drop Ship Customers:
Returns are not accepted as a result of your customer changing their mind on an order. If you offer this sort of return on your site it is your responsibility to cover the cost of the return. Siskiyou will only accept a returned drop ship order if the product was defective.
Web and Catalog Customers:
Our product images are updated on our site periodically when products have a logo change or style update. It is recommended that you verify that your images are up to date on a monthly basis as it is your responsibility to update the images on your site or catalog. Siskiyou will not accept returns because the image in your marketing material has not been updated.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all refused items.
Note: All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.
