A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns. Shipping must be prepaid to the supplier. The supplier may cancel an RMA request if enough notes are not provided. They need details of the damage or defectiveness of the products being returned. Please provide as much detail as possible for returns.
If the item is returned 30 days after you receive the RMA number, a 30% restock will be charged.
