In accordance with our advertised guarantee, the customer may may return an opened or unopened BODY-ALINE postmarked within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the total cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (customer received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) The returned unit MUST be in reasonable condition within original packaging, and must include all original manuals/accessories.
If issue is deemed the fault of the manufacturer, BODY-ALINE will either send replacement parts or repair/replace the unit. If the unit is in need of repair or replacement, the customer is then given an RMA number and instructions for return shipping. The BODY-ALINE must be returned in reasonable condition and with proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. The repair/replacement issue will be handled as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 weeks - if not sooner.
If unit is lost or damaged in transit by the shipping carrier, BODY-ALINE will recoup the standard $100 insurance coverage reimbursement for the item. The end customer is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred during transit of the unit to the customer. However, if the customer is return shipping, they are responsible for any loss or damages incurred during transit from their carrier in the shipping of the item to us.
If any shipped orders are refused by a customer, the item will be returned to stock in our warehouse. A 30% restocking fee, plus freight cost will be charged to the customer, and they will be billed for those charges.
1. Shortages, mis-shipments and mis-billings must be reported to Customer Support within 10 days of delivery date/expected delivery date. Original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials should be saved.
2. Mis-shipments are credited in full upon notification. Customer will then be contacted to return the incorrect product.
4. If orders are duplicated or excess merchandise is shipped, customer must contact Customer Support and request an RMA#.
5. If it is proven that BODY-ALINE has made the error, a Returns Authorization Tag will be sent to the customer to return the product freight free. When the merchandise is returned, full credit will be given.
