Pacific Cycle offers a limited warranty that varies by product and model year. Please refer to the specific owner's manual of each product for explicit limited warranty details.
Limited Warranty:
Warranty coverage applies to a manufacturing defct; defined as a defect in materials or workmanship as delivered with the product.
For InStep: Limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.
For Schwinn: Limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of original purchase.
Not Covered By Warranty:
Warranty coverage does NOT include the following:
-Damage resulting from abuse
-Damage resulting from ordinary wear and tear or anything broken accidentally or deliberately
-Installation, assembly, repair, maintenance, or disassembly costs
-Paint damage or rust
-Damage or failure due to misuse, neglect, or theft
-Shipping Damage (Claim must be filed with FedEx)
-Buyer's Remorse
Returns:
Our warehouse will not accept any return that does not have a pre-approved RMA number on the outside of the package. Please contact Doba for an RMA number before attempting to return any merchandise.
-All returns must be in new condition, complete with the original box, instructions, and warranty card
-If you send us a return which is not complete, a restocking/re-boxing fee will be charged (15%)
-All package refused by customers without prior written consent will be charged for return shipping
-We do not issue return shipping labels
-RMA is valid for 14 calendar days after they have been issued. Products returned after the expiration date will be
refused. We do not accept returns on products marked as "closeout" items.
