RETURN POLICY:
If Alpha commits a shipping error (wrong item, color, size or quantity is shipped), Alpha will pay 100% of return shipping and exchanged item shipping costs.
If customer wants to return a correctly shipped item, Alpha will accept returns and credit back customer in full if the CONDITIONS OF RETURN are met.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
- Request for return is made within 45 days of shipping date
- Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and not damaged
- Product must have all original tags and labels attached and undamaged
- Product must be returned complete with all parts and accessories
- Product must be returned in original packaging
- Product must be shipped back to fulfillment warehouse within 10 days from the issue date of the Return Authorization (RA)
- Returns must be shipped from the United States
A customer service representative will respond via email within 3 business days with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER and instructions of how to ship back the merchandise.
REFUND POLICY:
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise we will inspect the garments and confirm all CONDITIONS OF RETURN are met, we will refund the value of the returned merchandise (including sales tax).
