We want our customers to have complete satisfaction with the items you have received. To ensure the quality of our product, all merchandise will be inspected before packed. If any merchandise was received damaged upon delivery, we will gladly accept it back. If you have any problems with received package, please notify us within 3 working days and return the defective item with the original product packing material within 10 working days.
If you change your mind and wish to return your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return. Due to health regulation, product must be returned in unused condition. It is against the law to resell opened bedding, therefore it cannot be returned.
All return items must include original packaging and are in resalable condition. We will not accept any used, washed or damaged products. Refund will be for the item sale price less shipping and handling.
On all refused/non-defective orders, the customer will be charged a 15% repacking fee plus all additional freight charges. If the order is completely refused, the customer will be charged a 30% restocking/cancellation fee plus all freight charges.
