A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns. Shipping must be prepaid to the supplier. Supplier will issue call tags on some situations, per their discretion. The supplier may cancel an RMA request if enough notes are not provided. Please provide as much detail as possible in your RMA request. Returns must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
