Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any non-sale items you purchased from Doba, for any reason, for a full product refund, provided they comply with the following listed policies.
We cannot accept for refund/exchange:
- Any items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that has been worn.
- Any item that has had the tags removed.
- Any item that has been washed.
- Any item that has stains, animal hair, food, or other additions.
All returned items, must be in original condition. Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items & these items cannot be returned to you. If it it our error we will take care of all shipping costs. Non-defective merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less freight and handling charges and restocking fees of 15%.
Note: All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.
