Brandon Delgrosso, President / CEO, leads the company in executing against its strategic vision and coordinates and oversees day-to-day operations of the business. Under Brandon’s direction, Doba has attracted thousands of retailers to our services. He has successfully built the Doba brand into the leading solution in the product sourcing space. Prior to Doba, Brandon spent seven years as an advertising and marketing consultant for Harte-Hanks Communications. At Harte-Hanks Communications, he developed strategic direct mail advertising programs for large national companies such as Verizon, T-Mobile, Pizza Hut, Dominos and Carrier. He received numerous awards for exceptional sales growth and innovative marketing campaigns resulting in high ROI for his clients. Brandon holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
Roy is responsible for driving the strategy for the product program at Doba. He brings a wealth of experience from a career in the technology industry, spanning a range from startup to HP. While with HP Roy was the product manager for the introduction of the notebook PC, established a product division in Singapore, managed worldwide marketing for the commercial systems division, and led the development of the first SaaS business model in the company. After HP he led product management and marketing for an internet advertising technology company, founded, built and sold a successful technology testing laboratory, and was VP Marketing and Product Strategy for an electronics company. Roy has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Degree from Cleveland State University.
Derris Moore, VP of Marketing and Sales, leads the Doba sales division. His primary focus is helping Doba successfully attract and onboard our #1 asset, our clients. He comes to Doba with over 10 years of sales leadership experience and has an impeccable track record of success. He has led multiple companies through historic periods of rapid growth by optimizing high performing sales forces that deliver exponential achievement. With a strong background in both transactional and account-based sales, he is uniquely qualified to oversee the sales division at Doba as we continue to grow our Enterprise solution. He has traveled millions of miles all over the world teaching small- and medium-sized businesses how to increase their gross merchandise volume (GMV) and successfully find and market products online. He is a passionate individual who is motivated by helping others succeed. Derris has a bachelors degree from Brigham Young University in International Business.
Meshell Long is the VP of Marketplace and is responsible for supplier prospecting and retailer success. Prior to Doba, Meshell discovered her passion for merchandising and marketing while serving in many different roles at Overstock.com including Senior Brand Manager and Website Promotions. She has also lent her customer-centric expertise to companies like Sprint, DirecTV, ADT Security, & Discover Card. When she is not researching new industry trends, Meshell is busy working on her own eCommerce website, studying Tae Kwon Do & spending time with her husband and children.
Jeff Harding, VP of Finance & Operations, provides strategic financial focus, and oversees company operations. He comes to Doba with 10 years of corporate finance experience. Prior to Doba, he worked in corporate finance for Visa Inc, Ancestry.com, Comcast, and CVS Caremark. He has an MBA from Weber State University, and undergraduate degrees in Finance, Economics, and Accounting. Jeff and his wife have been married for 13 years and enjoy seeking new adventures together. He loves camping and exploring the outdoors with his 3 sons.
