Yes. Shipping and tracking information will be available after your order has been shipped.
If you have authorized your store to Doba Dropshipping and, activated your store in your Doba Dropshipping, the tracking number would be automatically synced to your online store together with the tracking info.
You may also find the tracking number and info of your store orders under the tab of "Tracking No. Record" in your Doba Dropshipping backend.
If you have never integrated your store with Doba Dropshipping, you could find the tracking number and detail under "Purchase Orders" tab.
Click "Purchase Orders" to the purchase orders page >> find the order you want to track & click "View Details" > look at the "Fullfillment Information"
Log in your Doba Dropshipping account, find the products you want to order, add those products to the cart, and checkout.
Find the products you want to order > click "Add to Cart" & add it to the shopping cart
Click the cart sign > there is a sidebar with all products you have added > check the products you want to pay for >click "Processed to Checkout" button >>fill in your shipping address & billing address >click "Pay Now" to complete your payment.
Cancellations are not guranteed once an order has been sent to the supplier, but you can send a cancallation request to the supplier for them to review. First you will go to Purchase Orders
Then you will press Request Refund
Then you will click on the dropdown under Refund Reason and select one of the choices
Lastly, you will leave a remark for the supplier explaining more in detail why you'd like to cancel, then press submit.
