How to refund?
If you want to check the states of refund request you submit, you should follow the below steps:
Step 1: Enter the refund page, then you could find all of refund requests you submitted before.
Step 2: From the filter, You could choose different refund type, such as : Refund without return, Refund after return.
And you could also choose the different refund status, such as : Awaiting seller response, Unshipped, In Transit, Awaiting refund, Refunded, Closed.
At last, you could choose the return request in a period of time.
Step 2：When you find out the return request , you could click the “View detail” and check the processing progress of return request.
