How to connect stores on Doba
To connect your store to Doba, There are two ways to connect your store to Doba, depending on your store platform.
Method 1: Bind from Your Doba Account You can initiate the connection directly from your Doba account.
Step 1. Log in to your Doba account and go to My Doba -> Stores.
Step 2. On the Stores page, click "Connect a New Store".
Step 3. On the store selection page, find and click the logo for your store platform (e.g., TikTok Shop, Walmart, Shopify), then click "Connect".
Step 4. Follow the system prompts step-by-step to complete the binding.

Method 2: Bind from Your Store's Platform (Seller Center/App Store) This is often the most direct path. You need to go to the app marketplace within your specific store platform's seller center.
1. For TikTok Shop: Go to the App Store in your TikTok Seller Center, search for "Doba", and follow the prompts to bind your store.
2. For Walmart: Go to the Apps section in your Walmart Seller Center, search for "Doba", and click "Connect".
Note:
After binding your Walmart store, you need to take an additional step to enable automatic order and tracking number synchronization.
Go to the Stores page, find your bound Walmart store, and click "Store Settings". Under Order Rules, turn on the automatic tracking number sync toggle to complete the setup.
