Step 1: Find Products in Doba

1. Log in to your Doba account, and then click "Search Products" in the navigation menu.

2.Select "UPC Available" or "ASIN Available" to ensure the products have valid Amazon identifiers.

Under "No Restritction" filters, check "Amazon" to find products suitable for Amazon.>> Select the desired products and click “+ Add to Inventory List”.

Step 2: Download Products from Inventory List

Download a Single Product: Navigate to “Inventory List”, locate the product, click “Actions” next to the product and select “Download” from the dropdown menu.

Download Multiple Products: Navigate to “Inventory List”, select multiple products, then click "Download" above to bulk download.

From the Format menu, select “Amazon Inventory Loader”.

Step 3: Prepare & Upload to Amazon

1. Download the official Amazon inventory template from Amazon Seller Central.

2. Copy and paste the product information from the Doba Amazon Inventory Loader file into the corresponding fields in the Amazon template.

3. Review and edit the data as needed (pricing, fulfillment method, images, compliance attributes).

4. Upload the completed Amazon template to your Amazon Seller Central account.
