Recently, criminals have been using our company's name (Doba Inc.) on online platforms to organize illegal fake order scams. In response, our company hereby declares the following:

1. On the web, our company currently provides dropshipping e-commerce services primarily for the U.S. market only through www.doba.com. When visiting our website, please ensure that the domain name is correct before proceeding. On mobile platforms, we currently offer the DobaShare App exclusively to the Philippines market, and no mobile apps are available for other regions.
2. Our company firmly opposes and strictly prohibits any fake order activities. We have not initiated or authorized any organization or individual to conduct or organize part-time fake order rebate schemes.
3. Regarding fraudulent activities carried out in our company’s name, we will seek administrative and legal remedies. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against any organization or individual involved in such fraudulent activities.
4. Our company assumes no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of believing false information.
5. We would like to remind all users that fake order schemes are dishonest and illegal activities. If you encounter such schemes, it is a clear sign of fraud. We encourage and advise you to take the following actions:

• If you are a Chinese user, immediately report to your local public security bureau or call the National Anti-Fraud Center at 96110.
• If you are a U.S. user, please visit the General Services Administration’s website to report scams: https://www.usa.gov/where-report-scams.
• If you are from another country, please report the incident to your local police or the relevant national authorities.
