- Return & refund application needs to be filed within 30 days from the delivered date.

Delayed in transit/No tracking info.
Applicable only to non-pickup orders:
If the tracking number is incorrect and not corrected within 4 business days, the order will full refund within 3 business days since order refund requested.
If there is no update of the tracking info for more than 7 business days (from the time shipping label created in the logistics website), the order will full refund within 3 business days since order refund requested.
If the transit time exceed the estimated delivery date by more than 5 business days, the order will full refund within 3 business days since order refund requested.
Please note that this policy does not apply during exceptional times or periods, such as public holidays, pandemics, extreme weather conditions, or other unusual circumstances, where standard logistics operations might be disrupted.
Destroyed in transit
Applicable only to non-pickup orders:
For damaged packages, upon receiving proof from the logistics provider, order will full refund within 3 business days since order refund requested.
If reshipment is preferred by the buyer, the order will be reissued within 5 business days.
Returned to sender(except case: wrong shipping address left on orders)
If the order fails to be delivered and is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer shall bear the return shipping costs. Upon the order being returned in good condition, a refund will be processed within 3 business days. If the order cannot be returned, the buyer shall bear all losses.
Delivered but not received
If the order shows delivered on logistic website but not received:
1) If the delivered address is different from the shipping address left on orders, and checked wrongly address the carrier delivered, the order will full refund within 3 business days/re-delivery within 5 business days as retailer's request.
2) If the delivered address is the same as the shipping address left on orders, and supplier will only provide proof of delivery. No refund will be issued.
Damaged or Broken, Stains/Minor scratch/Poor quality, etc., Not as described (size/color/style), Wrong item received, Missing Item/accessories
If the packages/goods ordered have issues (damaged/broken/stains/minor/scratch/poor quality/not as described/wrong item received, missing item etc.) , with valid proof provided:
1) Suppliers request to return and refund:
Suppliers must provide a prepaid return label within 3 business days and issue the refund within 3 business days after the logistics information shows the return in transit.
2) Suppliers don't request return any more:
Suppliers must issue a refund within 3 business days or arrange product reshipment within 5 business days. (If items are out of stock, a direct refund may be issued instead.)
Valid Proof:
- Outer packaging with waybill;
- Full product image;
- Detailed defect images;
- Functional videos where applicable.
Evidence must be clear, complete, and unedited.
