- Return & refund application needs to be filed within 30 days from the delivered date.
- We accept order cancellation requests prior to shipment. (We will attempt to have the warehouse cancel the order, but successful cancellation cannot be guaranteed.)
- We conditionally accept non-defective remorse returns but will not provide a prepaid shipping label. And you need to pay for the repacking & restocking fees 20% of order price.
- If the item was delivered damaged or defective, you will need to return them, and we will provide a return label.
- We don't offer warranties to retailers.

Will request recipients phone number to issue UPS claim and once the claim is processed they will receive a refund or new gift.

Items may only be returned within 7 days of receiving the order. A RMA number must be obtained before returning your item. Orders returned without an approved RMA number will be rejected.
All returns will be for a refund. Exchanges must be placed as a new order. A 25% restocking fee will apply for all non-defective merchandise. Shipping is non-refundable for non-defective returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping for non-defective returns. A return label will be provided if determined damaged/defective/mis-shipped. Additional details, photos, etc. may be requested.
