1) Return Policy Orders can be returned up to 30 days after customer receive a product. If you would like to return a product from your order, request RMA to send the unopened product back in its original sealed packaging. All shipping costs will be deducted from the possible refund amount, along with the possibility of an additional 1-10% deduction to cover processing fees. Requirements: Items must be returned with all their original packaging and accessories, including a blank warranty card, manuals, samples, and no rebates should have been filed and/or claimed. If parts or accessories are missing from the original packaging, a fee will be deducted from customers refund value. Please note, if a package is refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender for any reason, Superior Marketing will deduct $150 per item from refund to cover return shipping costs. If customer chooses to have Superior Marketing pick up and return the item(s) from customer residence or delivered address, Superior Marketing will deduct $150 per item from refund to cover return shipping costs. Order Cancellation Policy 1. A Customer may cancel an order at any time prior to it shipping out. 2. If an order already has a tracking number assigned (shipped), and a customer choose to cancel and/or return, customer will be charged an estimated $150 per item from refund to cover the return shipping fee. 3. Items must be shipped back to Superior Marketing fully insured using a trackable shipping method at customer expense. 2) RMA Instructions 1. A Return Merchandise Authorization form will be issued with the address where to ship the item(s) back to the appropriate warehouse. 2. You must ensure that merchandise is returned to receive proper credit. This means that the item(s) should be returned by way of a reputable shipping carrier, the shipment should be insured, and it should have a tracking confirmation or some method of delivery confirmation. 3. Merchandise is to be returned in new condition in original manufacturer box, INSIDE an outer shipping box, with enclosed documentation (including a copy of the invoice or packing slip) and all parts. Note: Credit will not be issued without the return tracking to show return was delivered back.
