If the order is damaged in transit, i.e. tracking showing damage occurred during transit, the buyer can request refund with the screenshot of tracking as a proof. Notes: Determine the proportion of compensation according to the specific situation of the order

If a customer requests a return without reason, how should Buyers proceed with the situation?
Returning a product without reason may include factors such as the customer rejects to accept the packages or the customer requests a return due to non quality problem.
