Delayed in transit/No tracking info.
1) If the logistics has not been updated for more than 10 working days, the supplier will contact the courier to find out the reason, and urge the courier, refund or re-send goods.
2)From the time the label is created, if the shipping time exceeds 10 working days, we can negotiate to refund no more than 30% of the actual payment as an compensation, or the full amount will be refunded after the return of the free provided order.
Note: this clause is not applicable for special time/periods such as holidays, covid-19, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations.
Destroyed in transit
If the package is damaged in transit, please be sure to provide pictures of the damaged product and the outer box, as well as screenshots of the product tracking. The supplier will complete the review within three working days, and negotiate with part of customers requesting a refund to keep the product, or get a full amount refund after the return of the provided order, or get a full amount refund without returning the goods.
Returned to sender(except case: wrong shipping address left on orders)
1)If the goods are returned due to the supplier, the full amount will be refunded after returning the goods to the warehouse.
2)Returning goods without any reason is supported. If the goods are returned to the warehouse due to the retailer or customer, the payment for goods will be refunded after deducting the round-trip freight and 10% operation fee.
3)If the retailer needs to recall or change the address when the package picking is finished or already in transit, the retailer will be charged $20 for each tracking number.
Note: Since the package has been delivered to the logistics, the seller does not guarantee it will be successful to change the address, recall the package or other problems, and it will still be charged even it failed, please choose carefully.
Delivered but not received
If the order shows delivered on logistic website but not received:
1) If the delivered address is different from the shipping address left on the order and confirmed by the carrier it was delivered to the wrong address, the order will be fully refunded or replaced within 3 business days.
2) If the delivered address is the same as the shipping address left on orders, and suppliers will only provide proof of delivery, the refund request will be denied.
Damaged or Broken, Stains/Minor scratch/Poor quality, etc., Not as described (size/color/style), Wrong item received, Missing Item/accessories
Provide the outer box containing the photo of the item number (required) and the photo of the product itself, video, customer email, etc. for the seller to verify. The supplier will provide plans including re-sending parts for free, negotiating with part of customers requesting a refund to keep the product, or get a full amount refund after the return of the provided order, or get a re-sending product after the return of the provided order.
A.The size of the product should be based on the dimensional drawing and description, and the measurement error within 2cm should be allowed. Due to light, display and other reasons, there may be a slight color difference between the picture and the actual product. The seller will not accept it if there is no exaggeration of product functions, no wrong description and no material error. Due to the operation problem of the distributor, the product description does not match the actual product, and the seller will not accept it.
B. When sending the replacement parts, we will default the address to the order address. If the customer needs to change the address, submit the replacement requirement and submit the new address at the same time. If the replacement accessory has been sent, the address will not be changed. Please confirm carefully before sending the parts. After confirming that the address is correct, the re-send replacement will be delivered, and the address is the same as the customer's address. If the same parts need to be re-sended for the second time, the seller will charge a re-shipment fee of $20 for each piece.
C. We accept non-defective remorse returns but will not provide a prepaid shipping label. And you need to pay for the repacking & restocking fees 10% of order price. In addition to the 10% value of the order price, the customer also needs to pay shipping costs; If RL is required to be returned, the cost of RL should be added.
