We do this by supplying you with the fitness gear you need to become an athlete - your way - whether it's a fanny pack for walking around the block, a mat for your yoga session, or a jump rope for your next workout.
  • Return & refund application needs to be filed within 30 days from the delivered date.
  • We support order cancellation before shipping.
  • We accept non-defective remorse returns but will not provide a prepaid shipping label. And you need to pay for the repacking & restocking fees 10% of order price.
  • If the item was delivered damaged or defective, you will need to return them, and we will provide a return label.
  • We can offer warranties to retailers in 30 days after the purchase of goods.

Delayed in transit/No tracking info.

If an item is lost by the carrier, we will replace or refund (as the retailer wishes)

Destroyed in transit

We will replace or refund-as the retailer wishes-after the damaged item is returned to us.

Returned to sender(except case: wrong shipping address left on orders)

We will re-ship if the retailer agrees to cover the costs of shipping a 2nd time. If not, we will refund.

Delivered but not received

We will review each situation on a case by case basis. What we will decide depends on the value and size of the item.

Damaged or Broken, Stains/Minor scratch/Poor quality, etc., Not as described (size/color/style), Wrong item received, Missing Item/accessories

We will refund and / or replace for all Non-Buyers’ Remorse returns.
