This release isn't just a few small tweaks. It adds six new capabilities that make Doba Pilot faster to use, easier to navigate, and — for the first time — able to remember who you are and what you need.
Here's everything that's new.
Scheduled Tasks: Automate Your Workflow
Sourcing, listing, and market analysis take time. Much of this time is spent repeating the same tasks. With Scheduled Tasks, you can create recurring jobs. Doba Pilot will run them automatically in the background. Do you want a weekly market analysis on a specific niche or daily sourcing checks for a category you're watching? Set it once, and Doba Pilot takes it from there. You can click "Scheduled" in the lefthand bar to check on all of your scheduled tasks.
Library: Everything You've Built, All in One Place
Sourcing results, listing records, and market reports are now stored wherever you last placed them. Now they're all saved in a single Library (found under "Library" in the lefthand bar). You can pick up where you left off. You can revisit past work and reuse what you've built. This way, you don't have to start from scratch each time. Running many sourcing sessions or managing listings in several stores will save you time.
Skills: See Everything Doba Pilot Can Do
New users (and honestly, existing users too) often don’t know everything Doba Pilot can do. The new Skills page, which you can find under "Skill" on the lefthand bar, addresses this. It provides a single view of all the capabilities Doba Pilot offers. You can easily browse what’s available and jump right into the task you need without searching for it.
User Guide and What's New
Two new resources make it easier to use everything Doba Pilot offers, and these can be found in the "Explore Pilot" dropdown. The User Guide explains how Doba Pilot works and covers common workflows, so you won't have to guess your way through the features. The What's New page keeps you updated on changes and improvements as they happen, so you'll always know what's new and what's possible.
Long-Term Memory: Doba Pilot Remembers You
This is the upgrade sellers have been asking for. Doba Pilot now remembers your preferences and past context. This means you won’t need to explain your niche, target margins, or sourcing criteria each time. You’ll see less repetition and get more consistent, personalized support from Doba Pilot. It improves the more you use it.
More Accurate Product Recommendations
Doba Pilot's recommendation engine is smarter now too. It considers your sourcing needs, product relevance, and real performance data. This way, it shows products that truly match, not just those that fit a keyword. This means you spend less time sifting through irrelevant results. You can focus more on the important ones.
