Walmart and TikTok Shop join Doba Pilot's supported channels, along with automatic order-interception, guided product discovery, and clearer answers to your business questions.
If you're already listing on more than one channel, you know the trade-off: every new marketplace means completing another set of product attributes, previewing listings separately, and publishing one at a time. This update to Doba Pilot adds two new channels without adding that overhead — plus a few upgrades that catch problems before they cost you.
What's new:
List directly to Walmart and TikTok Shop through Pilot
Pilot can now automatically attempt to intercept an unshipped purchase order when you cancel a store order
Pilot flags shipping problems on its own, before you'd catch them manually
Guided product discovery for when you don't have a sourcing target yet
Clearer, better-structured answers when you ask Pilot a business question
List directly to Walmart and TikTok Shop
Walmart and TikTok Shop join Pilot's supported channels, alongside eBay listing and your existing Shopify, BigCommerce and Wix store connections. For the two new marketplaces, Pilot can complete required product attributes, accept UPC uploads, generate listing previews and publish multiple products in a batch — so adding a channel doesn't mean rebuilding your listing process from scratch.
Catching canceled orders before they ship
Doba Pilot's Order Fulfillment Agent can flag shipping problems on its own — monitoring tracking data for signs a shipment is off course and alerting you — instead of waiting for you to check in manually.
When an order is canceled in a connected store, Pilot will also automatically attempt to intercept the matching, unshipped purchase order. Whether it succeeds depends on where that purchase order is in processing, but the goal is to cut the avoidable losses that come from paying for and shipping a product nobody's expecting anymore.
More ways to find what to sell
If you don't have a specific sourcing target in mind, Pilot can now analyze market trends and suggest product directions worth investigating. You can also upload an image to search for similar products, alongside the existing text-based search.
We've also restructured how Pilot answers your business questions — separating the supporting analysis, the recommended action and the conclusion into distinct parts of the response, so it's easier to see what to do next without reading through a wall of text.
"Adding a sales channel shouldn't mean rebuilding the same listing process or adding more manual order checks," said Mandy Ji, CEO of Doba.
Built on what came before
This builds on Doba Pilot's expansion in August, which added eBay listing, order tracking, shipping-exception guidance and after-sales support. Pilot's other capabilities include Market Scout, AI Product Sourcing, Scheduled Tasks, Long-Term Memory, reusable Skills and a centralized Library.

FAQ
Q1. Do I need a separate Walmart or TikTok Shop account before I can list through Pilot?
Yes. Pilot publishes to the accounts you connect — it doesn't create a Walmart Seller or TikTok Shop account for you. Connect the account first, then ask Pilot to prepare and publish listings to it.
Q2. How does order interception actually work?
When Doba detects that an order has been canceled in your connected store, Pilot automatically attempts to intercept the matching purchase order you placed with the supplier — but interception isn't guaranteed. If the purchase order hasn't shipped yet, Pilot can try to stop it; if it's already too far along in processing, it may still ship.
Q3. What happens if Pilot flags a shipping exception — does it take action on its own?
No. Pilot monitors tracking and alerts you when something looks off; you decide what to do next. It doesn't cancel, reroute or refund an order without you.
Q4. Do I need to turn on the new product-discovery or business-answer features, or are they automatic?
They're built into Pilot, so there's nothing to enable. Ask Pilot for product directions or a business question the way you normally would, and you'll get the updated behavior.
