Terms of cash reward on Doba.com
These terms apply to all the cash reward events mentioned on Doba.com.
I. Threshold for store connection reward
- Doba.com detects you’ve connected your store except OTHER and Doba Direct, and the store has been approved. Doba.com will reimburse the corresponding reward amount to your PrePay account as agreed. If you connect the same store to different accounts, only reimburse once.
II. Threshold for monthly subscription fee reward
- If you have paid Business plan, your monthly (natural month, UTC+8 time zone) paid order amount on Doba.com reaches $2,000, Doba will reimburse the monthly-paid Business plan fee back to your PrePay account. If you have paid Enterprise plan, your monthly (natural month, UTC+8 time zone) paid order amount on Doba.com reaches or exceeds $20,000, Doba will reimburse the monthly-paid Enterprise plan fee back to your PrePay account. Reaching the target amount and the cashback amount is based on the latest pricing plan.
III. Instruction for use
- i. All rewards will be added to your PrePay account, and can only be used for paying upcoming orders on Doba.com, with no withdraw;
- ii. Doba.com will reimburse the store connection cash reward to your PrePay account within the first two weeks of the next month after the store has been approved;
- iii. Doba.com will reimburse the monthly subscription fee cash reward of last natural month to your PrePay account within the first two weeks of current month;
- iv. Doba.com may in its discretion change these Terms, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or any aspect of the event without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable. It does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR RELATED BEHAVIOR ON THE CASH BACK EVENT AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST STOP USING YOUR PREPAY ACCOUNT.
- v. You understand and agree that once any abuse of the event is detected, Doba.com reserves the right of suspending/ terminating your reward qualification, deducting cashback amount (if has completed cashback), freezing your (prepay) account and all the other necessary actions that can retrieve the loss of Doba.com.
- Doba.com reserves the right for final interpretation of the cash reward event.
