Using WooCommerce as an example, the process is as follows:

1.How to Upload Products to WooCommerce

Go to Inventory List, select the products you want to export, then click “Download”.

When you click “Download”, select “WooCommerce” from the dropdown menu.

Next, you will go to your WooCommerce account and click on ”Products”.

Click on ”Import” at the top of the page.

Upload the file you downloaded from Doba, and click “Continue”.

Then click “Run the Importer”.

It will show that your products are being imported, then once it's done, click ”View Products”.

2.How to establish a connection for product

-Establish a connection for a single product

Step 1. Go to the My Doba dashboard, expand the My Products menu, and click to open the Connection page. On the Connection page, click "Add Connections" to go to the product connection page.

Step 2. On the product connection page, select the store that the product belongs to, enter the Doba product Item No. and the product's SKU in the store. After completing the store selection and product information, click "Add Now" to finish establishing the product connection.

Step 3. Go back to the Connection page to view the list of products with established connections. Once a product connection is set up, any inventory changes to the Doba product will be synced to the corresponding product in the store.

-Establish a connection for products in bulk

Step 1. Go to the My Doba dashboard, expand the My Products menu, and click to open the Connection page. On the Connection page, click "Import Connections" to go to the bulk product connection spreadsheet upload page.

Step 2. On the bulk product connection spreadsheet upload page, first click "Download Excel Template" to download the spreadsheet template.

Step 3. Fill in the spreadsheet template as prompted in the image below.

Step 4. After completing the spreadsheet, click "Upload" to upload it, then click "Confirm" to submit the spreadsheet and complete the bulk product connection setup.

Step 5. Go back to the Connection page to view the list of products with established connections. Once a product connection is set up, any inventory changes to the Doba product will be synced to the corresponding product in the store.

3.How to change a product's connection

Step 1. On the My Doba dashboard, click the "Connection" menu on the left sidebar to go to the product connection page. You can use the filter and search functions to find the products whose connections need to be changed.

Step 2. After finding the product whose connection needs to be changed, click "Edit" to go to the product connection editing page.

Step 3. On the product connection editing page, replace the Store SKU, or click "Change" to add a new Doba Item No., then click "Check" to replace the Doba product.
