How to file a dispute on your Doba account
If you and the supplier cannot reach an agreement on an after-sales issue and the supplier has closed your after-sales request, you can find the order on the Refund page, click "Submit Dispute" , and fill out a dispute form to escalate the case. Doba's dispute resolution team will process it within 5-7 business days and notify you of the outcome via email.
