How to find your Retailer ID and membership level
1. Finding Your Doba Retailer ID
After logging into your Doba account, your Retailer ID is displayed in the top navigation bar of your account dashboard.
2. Finding Your Current Membership Level
To check your current Plan (membership level), go to My Doba -> Pricing Plan page. This page will show your current plan, payment method, next auto-billing date, next billing amount, and your usage progress for the current plan's features.
