What payment methods are available for subscriptions
Doba currently supports three payment methods for plan subscriptions:
- US Dollar Credit/Debit Card
- Doba Prepay Balance
- PayPal
1. Online Self-Service Subscription
This is the standard method for most users.
Step 1.Go to the Pricing Plan page.
Step 2.Select your desired plan and billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
Step 3.On the payment confirmation page, choose to pay with a credit/debit card or PayPal.

2. Manual Subscription via Doba Prepay Balance
This method requires you to have a sufficient Prepay balance.
Step 1.Contact your account manager or send an email to [email protected] with your Doba account ID, the plan level you wish to subscribe to, and the billing cycle.
Step 2.The platform team will process the subscription for you using your Prepay balance.
Important Notes
- Recurring Payments: Once you select a payment method, the system will automatically renew your subscription and charge the same method at the end of each billing cycle. To avoid service interruption, please ensure your chosen payment method has sufficient funds.
- PayPal Limitation: PayPal can only be used for plan subscriptions — it cannot be used to pay for orders.
- Changing Payment Method: You can change your payment method at any time by going to "Pricing Plan" page and clicking "Change Payment Method" in Actions.
