Step 1. Go to the Pricing Plan page, select your desired plan and billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).

Step 2. Click "Subscribe Now" to proceed to the payment confirmation page.
Step 3. On the payment confirmation page, choose to pay via credit card or PayPal to complete your subscription. (Note: If you have a coupon, click "I have a coupon!" on the payment page to apply the discount.)
Method 2: Manual Subscription via Email (Supports Doba Prepay Balance)
Send an email to [email protected] with your Doba account ID, desired plan level, and subscription period. The team will process your subscription using your Doba Prepay balance.
2. How to upgrade to a plan
You can upgrade your plan at any time without canceling your current one.

Step 1. Go to My Doba -> Pricing Plan page, select the higher-tier plan you want, then click "Upgrade Now".
Step 2. Complete the payment on the upgrade page. The system will calculate a prorated charge based on the remaining time of your current plan.
Key Notes:
- Automatic Renewal: Plans are set to auto-renew. To avoid charges, you must cancel before your next billing date.
- Refunds: Full refunds are automatically issued if you cancel within 72 hours of payment.
- Billing Details: To view payment history, go to Pricing Plan -> "All Subscription Records" -> "Billing Details".

You can cancel your plan directly from your account.

Step 1. Go to My Doba -> Pricing Plan page, and in the Action tab, click "Cancel Subscription".
You will be presented with two cancellation options:
- Cancel immediately: Your plan and all its benefits end right away.
- Cancel at the end of the current billing cycle: Your service continues until the next payment date, then ends without further charge.

Step 2. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your choice. The "Cancel Subscription" may appear grayed out but is clickable.
