How are Doba retailer membership levels categorized
Doba retailer membership levels are categorized into three main types: No Plan accounts, paid trial accounts, and formal paid accounts.
No Plan Accounts: These are accounts that are registered but have not subscribed to any membership plan. They can only view product titles and images, with all other features unavailable.
Paid Trial Accounts (Trial Memberships): These accounts have a "Trial" identifier (e.g., Basic Trial, Standard Trial) and offer limited benefits for a short paid trial period. There are two trial levels: Basic Trial (up to 7 days) and Standard Trial (up to 5 days). Note that the Basic Trial does not include the 450 products per month download benefit, which is only available with the full Basic membership.
Formal Paid Accounts (Memberships): These are the main subscription plans, offering full benefits for the chosen level. The formal paid membership has 4 levels: Limited, Basic, Standard, and Enterprise. A higher-level plan includes all the benefits of the lower-level plans.
