1. How to Download Products Individually
Step 1.Go to the product detail page, then click "Download" to access the product download page.
Step 2. Select the product spreadsheet format that corresponds to your retail platform. If no matching format is available, choose the Doba format product spreadsheet, then click "Download".
2. How to Download Products in Bulk
Step 1.On the product detail page, click "Add to Inventory List" to add the product to your favorites.
Step 2. On the Inventory List page, select the products you want to download, then click "Download" to go to the product download page.
On the product download page, there are 2 types of download file formats. Select one of the download file formats, then choose the Ship to delivery region, select the Format (the spreadsheet format type to download), and finally click "Download Now" to complete the download.
Choose to download the Product Feeds File — this type of spreadsheet contains all product information.
Choose to download the Inventory & Price File — this type of spreadsheet only contains a few key pieces of information such as product status, product price, and product inventory, and is mainly used for updating product prices and inventory.
