How to use filters to find products
On the product listing page, the left sidebar contains basic filter options and advanced filter options. You can use individual filters or combine multiple filters to find the products you need.
1. Using Basic Filters
Free Shipping: Select Free Shipping to filter for products with free shipping.
Prepaid Label: Select Prepaid Label to filter for products that support self-pickup.
On Sale: Select On Sale to filter for products currently running promotional discounts.
UPC Available: Select UPC Available to filter for products for which the supplier has provided a valid UPC code.
ASIN Available: Select ASIN Available to filter for products for which the supplier has provided a valid ASIN code.
Products with Video: Select Products with Video to filter for products that include video assets.
No Restriction: Under the No Restriction filter, select a specific retail platform to filter for products that are not restricted from being sold on that platform.
Ship From: Under the Ship From filter, select a specific country or region to filter for products shipped from that location.
Ship To: Under the Ship To filter, select a specific country or region to filter for products that can be delivered to that location.
Est. Processing Time: Under the Est. Processing Time filter (supplier-provided estimate, in business days), select a time range to filter for products that meet your processing time requirements.
Est. Delivery Time: Under the Est. Delivery Time filter (supplier-provided estimate, in calendar days), select a time range to filter for products that meet your delivery time requirements.
Suppliers: Type in the Suppliers search box to search for a supplier store by name, and filter for products from that store.
Min. Inventory: Enter a number in the Min. Inventory filter and click "OK" to filter for products with inventory equal to or greater than the entered quantity.
Price (US$) filter (based on the dropshipping price with the cheapest shipping option) to filter for products within your price requirements.
2. Using Advanced Filters
Note: Advanced filtering features are only available for Doba retailer accounts on the Standard tier and above.
Avg. Processing Time: In the Avg. Processing Time filter (business days), enter a number to filter for products whose system-calculated average processing time (based on the last 3 months of fulfillment data) meets your requirements.
Avg. Processing Time: In the Avg. Processing Time filter (business days), enter a number to filter for products whose system-calculated average processing time (based on the last 3 months of fulfillment data) meets your requirements.
Avg. Delivery Time: In the Avg. Delivery Time filter (calendar days), enter a number to filter for products whose system-calculated average delivery time (based on the last 3 months of fulfillment data) meets your requirements.
Fulfillment Rate %: Enter a number in the Fulfillment Rate % filter to filter for products whose fulfillment rate (based on the last 3 months of data) meets your requirements.
Refund Rate %: Enter a number in the Refund Rate % filter to filter for products whose refund rate (based on the last 3 months of data) meets your requirements.
Sorting Options: Advanced filters offer three sorting dimensions to display products:
- Bestsellers: Sort by product sales volume.
- Most Listed: Sort by the number of times a product has been listed to stores.
- Most Downloaded: Sort by the number of times a product has been downloaded.
- Bestsellers: Sort by product sales volume.
- Most Listed: Sort by the number of times a product has been listed to stores.
- Most Downloaded: Sort by the number of times a product has been downloaded.
