How to Connect Stores on Doba
This guide explains how to connect your ecommerce store to Doba. Once connected, Doba syncs your products and orders automatically. Jump to the channel you use for step-by-step instructions.
Connect Shopify
Shopify uses one-click authorization and takes about a minute.
Before you start: sign in to Doba and your Shopify account, and make sure the store isn't linked to another Doba account.
Option 1: Start from Doba (recommended)
1. In Doba, go to "Stores" in the left menu, then click "Connect a New Store".

2. Select Shopify, and you'll be taken to Shopify's authorization page.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts on Shopify's page to install and authorize the app. Once done, you'll return to Doba automatically.

Connect eBay
eBay uses one-click authorization, and can only be connected from Doba.
Before you start: sign in to Doba and your eBay account, and make sure the store isn't linked to another Doba account.
1. In Doba, go to "Stores" in the left menu, then click "Connect a New Store".
2. Select eBay, and you'll be taken to eBay's authorization page.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts on eBay's page to complete authorization. Once done, you'll return to Doba automatically.
Connect BigCommerce
BigCommerce uses one-click authorization and takes about a minute.
Before you start: sign in to Doba and your BigCommerce account, and make sure the store isn't linked to another Doba account.
Option 1: Start from Doba (recommended)
1. In Doba, go to "Stores" in the left menu, then click "Connect a New Store".

Connect Wix

Connect TikTok Shop
TikTok Shop uses one-click authorization, but you should set up the warehouse information in your store first.
Before you start: sign in to Doba and your TikTok Shop account, and make sure the store isn't linked to another Doba account.
Get ready: Add the warehouse (fulfillment center) information to your TikTok Shop first. TikTok Shop requires the actual warehouse address; a mismatch affects shipping cost and delivery time.

Connect Walmart
Walmart uses one-click authorization, which expires after one year and must be re-authorized.
Before you start: sign in to Doba and your Walmart account, and make sure the store isn't linked to another Doba account.
Option 1: Start from Doba (recommended)
1. In Doba, go to "Stores" in the left menu, then click "Connect a New Store".

2. Select Walmart. You'll first be asked to sign in or register a Doba account.
3. After Doba verifies you, follow Walmart's on-screen prompts to complete authorization, then return to Doba.

Connect WooCommerce
WooCommerce uses one-click authorization, and can only be connected from Doba.
Before you start: sign in to Doba and your WooCommerce account, and make sure the store isn't linked to another Doba account.
1. In Doba, go to "Stores" in the left menu, then click "Connect a New Store".
2. Select WooCommerce, and you'll be taken to its authorization page.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete authorization. Once done, you'll return to Doba automatically.
Connect Shift4Shop
Shift4Shop uses one-click authorization and takes about a minute.
Before you start: sign in to Doba and your Shift4Shop account, and make sure the store isn't linked to another Doba account.
Option 1: Start from Doba (recommended)

After connecting, confirm the store shows as Connected and Active in Stores (inactive stores won't sync).
Connect Amazon
Amazon uses one-click authorization, which expires after one year and must be re-authorized.
Before you start: sign in to Doba and your Amazon account, and make sure the store isn't linked to another Doba account.
Option 1: Start from Doba (recommended)

Connect Temu
Temu uses Token authorization. Authorization expires after one year.
Before you start: sign in to Doba and your Temu account, and make sure the store isn't linked to another Doba account.
1. Sign in to the Temu Seller Center and open https://agentseller.temu.com/open/system-manage/client-manage.
2. Generate or copy the Token.
3. Back in Doba, go to "Stores" in the left menu, click "Connect a New Store", and select Temu.

Connect Newegg
Newegg uses API Key authorization. Before connecting, apply for API access first.
Before you start: sign in to Doba and your Newegg account, and make sure the store isn't linked to another Doba account.
Step 1: Apply for API access
Submit an API access request in the Newegg backend. Until approved, you can't connect, list, or link.
Step 2: Connect the store
1. Confirm your API access is approved.
2. Generate an API Key in the Newegg backend.
3. Back in Doba, go to "Stores" in the left menu, click "Connect a New Store", and select Newegg.

Connect Square
Square uses one-click authorization, and can only be connected from Doba.
Before you start: sign in to Doba and your Square account, and make sure the store isn't linked to another Doba account.

2. Select Square, and you'll be taken to Square's authorization page.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete authorization. Once done, you'll return to Doba automatically.
Channels That Don't Support Store Connection
Bonanza, Ecwid, Warhead, and all other channels can't be linked or auto-synced, but you can still use Doba for sourcing, downloading product data, and manual orders.
- You can: source products, download product data, view product updates, and place manual orders.
- You can't: link the store or auto-sync.
- Bonanza, Ecwid, and Warhead have ready-made formats — download and upload directly.
- Inventory & pricing: use Products Updates to monitor changes and update accordingly.
- After a sale: place a manual order in Doba, fill in the buyer's address, track shipping, and fill the tracking number back into your store.
- You can't: link the store or auto-sync.
- Bonanza, Ecwid, and Warhead have ready-made formats — download and upload directly.
- Inventory & pricing: use Products Updates to monitor changes and update accordingly.
- After a sale: place a manual order in Doba, fill in the buyer's address, track shipping, and fill the tracking number back into your store.
