What is Doba Prepay and why is it recommended?
Doba Prepay is Doba's built-in wallet — the recommended payment method for orders — where you can deposit funds and enjoy key advantages such as no transaction fees, instant processing, and reduced risk control reviews：
No transaction fees: Using Prepay to pay for orders incurs no additional charges.
Avoids payment delays: Payments are processed instantly, unlike bank transfers which can take 3-5 business days to arrive.
Minimizes risk: Payments via Prepay do not trigger risk control reviews, which can delay order processing and shipment. Other methods, especially credit cards, are more likely to be flagged for review.
To use Doba Prepay, you first need to add funds to your wallet. You can recharge your Prepay balance using several methods:
- Payoneer (online or wire transfer)
- WorldFirst
- Airwallex
- Bank wire transfer
After adding funds, you can select Doba Prepay as your payment method when placing an order.
For refunds, if an order was paid with Prepay, the funds will be returned to your Prepay balance. You can then use this balance for new orders or request a withdrawal by contacting your account manager.
