How to File a Claim?
Step 1: Select the order
Choose the order you want to file a claim for.
Step 2: Select the claim type
① Delivered but Not Received Protection Service
Required documents:

Screenshot of refund to customer, which must include the end consumer’s refund reason, and the shipping address & product details must match the corresponding Doba order.

② Unconditional Return Protection Service – Return Item
Required documents:
-
Product photo: the item must be intact, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Outer packaging photo: showing the logistics label or complete packaging clearly, ensuring the returned item matches the original order.

③ Unconditional Return Protection Service – Keep Item
Required documents:

Screenshot of communication with the consumer.

Step 3: Review claim submission
Check the claim application status after submission.
