How to Purchase the After-sales Protection Service?
You can select the service(s) you need when placing an order (both services can be selected).
Note: The protection service applies to the entire order at the time of purchase and cannot be applied to partial items.

Service conditions:
1. Conditions under which a retailer can choose the "Delivered But Not Received Protection" service for a Doba order:
- The Doba order is not an order with prepaid label.
- The total of item amount and shipping amount (before discount) of the Doba order is no more than $300.
2. Conditions under which a retailer can choose the "Non-Defective Remorse Return Protection" service for a Doba order:
- The Doba supplier does not support "Non-Defective Remorse Return".
- The item UNIT PRICE (before discount) of the Doba order is no more than $250.
