How to place a purchase order for a single item

Step 1. Search for the product on Doba using the Item No. to find the product you want to purchase and add the product to the shopping cart.

Step 2. Go to the shopping cart page, select all the products you want to purchase, then click “Check Out” to proceed to checkout.

Step 3. Follow the prompts highlighted in red in the screenshot below to complete the purchase order shipping information, then click "Place Order" to submit the purchase order.

  • Under "Shipping Address", click "Add Address" to add the customer's shipping address. Once the address is added, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed based on the shipping address.
  • In the "Store Order ID" field, enter the retail store's order number (e.g., Amazon order number, Temu order number, etc.) to facilitate matching and querying between Doba purchase orders and store orders.
  • In the "Platform" dropdown, select the order's retail channel source, such as Amazon, Temu, etc.
  • In the "Store Amount" field, enter the store order amount.
  • Under "Billing Address", click "Add Address" to add the billing address. The billing address must match the payment method.
  • Click "Message to Supplier" to add a message for the supplier.
  • Optionally, you can purchase protection services offered by Doba. To purchase the "Delivered But Not Received Protection" service, simply check the box.

Step 4. Select a payment method from the available options (Prepay is recommended), then click "Submit Payment" to pay for the purchase order.

Step 5. After submitting the purchase order, click "Purchase Order" to go to the purchase order list page to view the purchase orders that have been placed.
