What information does the product detail page include
The product detail page provides comprehensive information to help you make informed sourcing decisions. Here's what you can find:
Product Title: View the product title.
Product Category: View the category information for the product.
Item No. (Unique Product Identifier): The Item No. is the product's unique identifier. Please reference this code when inquiring about any product.
Product Price: View the product price. Note: Product Price + Shipping Fee = Dropshipping Purchase Cost.
Shipping Tab: click "Shipping" on the product detail page to view available shipping methods, supported ship-to countries/regions, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times for each method.
Product Attributes & Values: View product attributes such as color, size, and specifications.
Inventory: View the current stock level of the product.
Ship From Location: View where the product ships from (e.g., United States, China, etc.).
Shipping Warehouse: Hover over Shipping Warehouse to view the specific warehouse address where the product inventory is stored.
Return Warehouse: Hover over Return Warehouse to view the detailed return warehouse address. Note: There are two types of return warehouse addresses:
- Supplier Return Warehouse: This is the supplier's return address. Returns for standard after-sales issues are typically sent here.
- Doba Return Warehouse: This is Doba's return address. If you have purchased Doba Protection Service and need to file a claim, returns should be sent to this address.
Est. Processing Time (Supplier): View the estimated processing time provided by the supplier.
Avg. Processing Time (System): View the average processing time calculated by the system based on historical order data.
Self-Pickup Price: View the self-pickup price of the product.
Supplier Store Name: View the supplier's store name. Click the name to navigate to the store page and browse all products from that supplier.
Promotional Price & Period: View the promotional price and promotion period. Note: Promotional Price + Shipping Fee = Dropshipping Purchase Cost during the promotion. Promotion times are displayed in PST time zone.
Promotional Self-Pickup Price & Period: View the promotional self-pickup price and period. Note: Promotion times are displayed in PST time zone.
Prohibited Marketplace Info: View any selling restrictions for the product. For example, a "Prohibited Marketplace: Walmart" notice informs retailers that this product cannot be sold on Walmart.
Store Announcement: View the store announcement set by the supplier. This message, intended to highlight important information for retailers, is displayed on the product detail page for all products in that store.
Doba Internal Messaging: Click the chat bubble icon (Doba internal messaging) to open a direct conversation window with the supplier.
MAP Price: View the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for the product. This is the minimum retail price set by the supplier. Retailers must not display a retail price lower than the MAP price on their store pages.
Add to Inventory List: Click "Add to Inventory List" to add the product to your favorites.
List to Store: click "List to Store" to publish the product to your connected store with one click.
Download: Click "Download" to download the product information spreadsheet and product image package.
Add to Cart: Click "Add to Cart" to add the product to your shopping cart. Note: Once added to the cart, you can proceed to pay for the product.
Product Details: Click "Product Details" to view detailed product information, including product highlights, specifications, certifications, and full descriptions.
Shipping Tab (Package Info): Click "Shipping" to view package dimensions, weight, and quantity. For example, if Package Quantity: 2, the product is shipped in two packages: Package 1 measures 60.00 in × 35.75 in × 5.50 in and weighs 79.9000 lb; Package 2 measures 82.00 in × 15.00 in × 5.25 in and weighs 36.9500 lb.
Return & Refund Policy: Click "Return & Refund Policy" to view the after-sales policy for this product. In most cases, each store has a uniform return and refund policy, which is displayed on the product detail page for all products in that store.
