How to monitor inventory and price changes
Step 1. Add products to your "Inventory List" (favorites).
Step 2. In your Inventory List, click "Product Updates Alert" to enter the alert rule settings page.
Step 3. On the alert rule settings page, enable the product change notification toggle, set the minimum inventory threshold, reminder time, and reminder method, then complete the alert rule setup.
Note:By default, product change/update notifications are sent to the email address registered with your Doba retailer account. However, on this settings page, you can check "Other" and enter an additional email address. Product change/update notifications will be sent to both your registered Doba retailer account email and the additional email address.
Step 4. When a product in your Inventory List experiences changes—such as price, shipping cost, inventory, or status changes (e.g., listing, delisting, or removal)—you will receive a notification email. The email is sent to your registered Doba retailer account and any additional email added under "Other" . You can also click "Product Updates" to view notification messages.
