How to view supplier store performance data
Click the inverted triangle icon next to the store name to expand the store's performance data for the last three months. The metrics displayed are:
Fulfillment Rate: The supplier's order fulfillment rate, indicating the percentage of orders that were not proactively closed by the supplier.
Refund Rate: The supplier's refund rate, reflecting the percentage of orders that resulted in a refund.
Avg. Processing Time: The system-calculated average order processing time based on the supplier's historical order performance.
Avg. Delivery Time: The system-calculated average order delivery time based on the supplier's historical order performance.
