List Offline Without Store Authorization — Bonanza、Ecwid、Warhead and other channels
Using Bonanza as an example, the process is as follows:
Step 1. Upload Products
Go to Inventory List, select the products you want to export, then click “Download”.
When you click “Download”, select “ Bonanza” from the dropdown menu.
Step 2. Sign in to your Bonanza store, and follow the prompts to upload the products you downloaded from Doba.
Step 3. After your store receives an order, you'll need to return to Doba and handle each step manually — place the order, enter the buyer's shipping address, check the tracking information, and enter the tracking number back into your own store.
Daily Maintenance Tasks
1. Manually Maintain Inventory and Pricing
From the bell icon at the top of Doba, go to the Products Updates page.
There are two commonly used features:
Inventory List — Tracks inventory, price, and status changes for the products you've saved. Each card shows how many changes occurred that day, and includes a ”Download” button so you can directly download the batch of changed products.
Stock Alerts — Low-stock alerts. You can set your own threshold to see only products whose stock has fallen below a certain number — for example, "View Products with stock below 5." Doba's inventory is generally well-stocked, so normal fluctuations are nothing to worry about. By setting a threshold, you can focus only on products that are truly at risk of overselling.
2.Finding New Products
Saved Searches — Doba lets you save your search filters. When new products that match your criteria appear, they'll show up in ”Products Updates”, making it easy to spot new arrivals.
Saved Suppliers — When a supplier you've saved lists new products, you'll also be notified in ”Products Updates”.
