How to recharge Doba Prepay (Payoneer, Wire Transfer, WorldFirst, Airwallex Pay)?
Here's how to recharge your Doba Prepay using Payoneer, Wire Transfer, WorldFirst and Airwallex Pay.
1. Payoneer Recharge
There are two ways to recharge using Payoneer.
Option 1: Online Recharge (via Doba Wallet)
This method binds your Payoneer account directly in Doba.
Step 1. Bind Payoneer Account: Go to My Doba -> Wallet, click "Payoneer Account", then click "Connect Payoneer Account" to link your account.
Step 2. Initiate Transfer: Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the transfer. A 0.5% fee applies.

Option 2: Wire Transfer from Payoneer This is a manual process where you transfer from your Payoneer to Doba's Payoneer account. A $2 fee applies per transfer.
Step 1. Transfer Funds: Log into your Payoneer account and send funds to Doba's Payoneer account: [email protected].
Step 2. Submit Recharge Order: In Doba, go to My Doba -> Wallet -> Prepay, and click "Add Funds".

2. Bank Wire Transfer Recharge
Bank transfer lets you send funds directly from your bank to Doba. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days.
Step 1. Initiate Bank Transfer: Log into your bank account (USD account) and transfer funds to Doba's bank account using the details provided in Doba (found in "Wire Transfer" during recharge).
Step 2. Submit Recharge Order: In Doba, go to My Doba -> Wallet -> Prepay, click "Add Funds".

3. WorldFirst Recharge
There are two recommended ways to recharge using WorldFirst.
Option 1: Service Provider Quick Pay (Recommended)
This is the fastest method via WorldFirst's platform.
Step 1. Log into your WorldFirst account, go to Transfer -> Service Provider Quick Pay.
Step 2. Search for and select DOBA to initiate the transfer.

Step 1. Transfer Funds: In your WorldFirst account, transfer funds to Doba's WorldFirst account: WF-281024151905827021343041

Step 1. Log in to your Airwallex account and initiate a transfer to Doba's Airwallex receiving account.
