Complete Power Steering Rack and Pinion Gear for Rav4 2.0/2.4/2.2TD 2005-2012 Replaces 45510-42080

This remanufactured power steering rack and pinion is professionally rebuilt to meet or exceed OEM specifications and is designed as a direct-fit replacement for the original factory unit. Each rack is fully disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and rebuilt using high-quality internal components.

Critical wear items  including all seals, O-rings, Teflon rings, inner tie rods, boots, bearings, bushings, and the valve body sealing surfaces  are tested and replaced as required. The housing bore is precision-honed, the rack bar is polished, and the preload is calibrated to factory torque specifications. Every unit is 100% hydraulic pressure tested on a dedicated test bench to ensure proper sealing, smooth steering effort, correct return-to-center, and no abnormal noise or binding.

Center position is pre-set for easy installation. Bolt on, align, and drive.

Warranty does not cover:

Improper installation, misuse, accidents, contaminated or incorrect power steering fluid, failure to flush the system before installation, or pre-existing vehicle steering/suspension issues. Proof of professional installation and system flush may be required for warranty claims.
