Return & refund application needs to be filed within 30 days from the order completed date.

If the item was delivered damaged or defective, you will need to return them, and we will provide a return label.

If there is no update of the tracking info for more than 10 business days (from the time shipping label created in the logistics website):
The order will be fully refunded within 3 business days of the refund request unless the retailer has requested a replacement.
Note: this clause is not applicable for special time/periods such as holidays, covid-19, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations.
Destroyed in transit
The customer finds that the product is damaged or faulty after receiving the product. Please report it to our company within 7 days. After our company receives and confirms it, we will provide the accessory express to the customer and give instructions on how to replace it.
Returned to sender(except case: wrong shipping address left on orders)
Support 7 days no reason to return the goods. All logistics costs incurred for unreasonable return shall be borne by the buyer (dealer), and the returned goods shall not affect the normal secondary sales. The product must be intact, including complete packaging, without damage to the appearance, etc. If the returned goods affect the normal secondary sales, our company will provide refurbishment services for a fee.

Delivered but not received
If the order shows delivered on logistic website but not received:
1) If the delivered address is different from the shipping address left on the order and confirmed by the carrier it was delivered to the wrong address, the order will be fully refunded or replaced within 3 business days.
2) If the delivered address is the same as the shipping address left on orders, and suppliers will only provide proof of delivery, the refund request will be denied.
Damaged or Broken, Stains/Minor scratch/Poor quality, etc., Not as described (size/color/style), Wrong item received, Missing Item/accessories
1.7 days, our company will provide the accessories free of charge and bear the logistics cost.
2. More than 7 days, within 12 months (battery, motor, charger, controller, instrument warranty period is 12 months), due to product quality problems, our company provides free accessories and guide customers to repair.
3. After the 1-year warranty period, our company provides lifetime paid maintenance and after-sales service. The ownership of the repaired machine belongs to the dealer, and the corresponding accessories and maintenance costs need to be paid at the same time. (For details, please refer to the accessory cost schedule) and all logistics costs shall be borne by the distributor.
4. If the customer loses the vulnerable parts if they are not received, they need to be purchased and replaced by the customer during use. Wearable parts: (tyre kit, brake kit, mudguard, front light, etc.)
